In the second place Globalisation needs a common socio-economical and democratic political structure working towards a social foundation, so that also people who cannot participate in the current working force, get minimal of about 40000 Artha a month to consume, save or spend as social security income, this is approximately half of what one individual can earn a month when he or she is fully employed and active in the community and working for 38 hours per week.
